He also has taken numerous classes and training in management, surveillance, investigations, patrol tactics, and weaponry. He has also been trained in safety standards, CPR, and first aid.
The vice-president and partner of the guard and patrol section has similar training and qualifications. He is highly knowledgeable in alarm systems, video systems and computers. Other high and mid-level management personnel are equally well trained in the various fields of security.
M & S guards and alarm personnel are fingerprinted and background checked through the Department of Justice and FBI. M & S Security Services, Inc.'s officers receive California certified training as an ongoing program. Our company provides on the job security, alarm and safety training as a means of keeping the highest caliber of people in the field.

M & Security Services, Inc. maintains a "state-of-the-art" Central Station at our Bakersfield Headquarters. This Central Station includes our own radio net with a repeater that affords coverage of the entire Southern San Joaquin Valley. Our Central Station is manned twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty five days per year.
